Don Doctor, Executive Chairman, has over 25 years of leadership experience in IT services and software. He was co-founder and CEO of Premier Systems Integrators, a 1997 Frontenac investment, prior to its sale to Dimension Data, and was also CEO of Encoda Systems. Before Premier, Don was a Partner and VP at Spectrum Associates, and served in various capacities with Lincoln National Corporation.
